About our Rohnert Park insulation contractor crew

Who we are, how we work in your attic and crawl space, and what happens after you reach out.

How I got into insulation work

I got into insulation as a helper on a small crew, hauling bags and crawling through one attic after another. The lead I worked under taught me to look at the whole house before selling anybody anything, because the trouble behind a hot bedroom usually starts somewhere you can't see from the hallway. That habit has stuck with me ever since.

I started this business in Rohnert Park in 2021, and five years later we're best known as the insulation contractor in Rohnert Park that does attic and crawl space work in the right order. I care most about the steps nobody sees once the job is finished, because that's where a job really pays off.

Most of our calls come from folks with drafty rooms, an upstairs that won't cool off, or an old attic they've been meaning to deal with for years. I like explaining what's going on up there in plain words, so when we're done you understand your own house a little better and know what you paid for.

What working with us is like

These are the things homeowners tell me they notice most once our crew has been through their attic or crawl space, and why we work that way.

Straight answers with photos

The person answering your questions is the one who actually climbed into your attic or crawl space. We take photos of what's really there, like how many inches you already have, where it's thin at the edges and any gaps or damage, and show you all of it before you decide anything.

Hidden problems get fixed first

New insulation laid over soaked or droppings-filled material, or over open gaps around recessed lights, pipes and the attic hatch, just covers the trouble up. We deal with leaks, damp spots and air sealing, closing those gaps, before anything goes on top, and we keep the eave vents clear so the attic can still breathe.

Honest about what's worth it

If a job won't make a real difference in your house, I'll tell you. Foam costs more because it seals air while it insulates, but sealing the gaps and topping up with blown-in insulation, loose fill blown through a hose, usually wins unless your ductwork runs through the attic.

What happens after you call us

Your price usually comes down to the size of the space, whether old insulation has to come out and which material fits. The schedule mostly turns on removal and whether a permit is needed.

  1. 1

    Call or send the form

Call (707) 576-6028 or use our contact form to tell us what you're noticing, like a hot upstairs, cold floors or the room over the garage. We reply within one business day to set up a visit.

  2. 2

    Meet me for the estimate

I come out for every estimate myself, look over the attic or crawl space and walk you through the photos. You get a free written estimate on site, obligation-free, that spells out what's driving the price.

  3. 3

Let our crew do the work

When a job needs a permit, we apply with the city or county building office, keep you posted and set up the inspections. Then our licensed and insured crew does the work, with me or a lead installer running the day.

  4. 4

    Walk through the finished job

We clean up and show you photos of the finished space so you can see what changed. On foam jobs, we'll go over the re-entry time, when the kids and pets can come back in, and the work is satisfaction guaranteed.
