T&S Rohnert Park Spray Foam Insulation, rohnertparksprayfoaminsulation.com, hello@rohnertparksprayfoaminsulation.com
Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover your use of the T&S Rohnert Park Spray Foam Insulation website and any work you hire us to do. When you browse our home page or any other page on this site, ask us for an estimate, or schedule a job with us, you're agreeing to these terms.
If your signed estimate or contract says something different from this page, the signed document wins for that job, because it was written for your house. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the site or book work with us.
What we do
T&S Rohnert Park Spray Foam Insulation is an insulation contractor in Rohnert Park, CA. We install spray foam, blown-in and attic insulation, remove old insulation, seal air leaks, and insulate and put vapor barriers in crawl spaces for homes and commercial buildings in Rohnert Park and the cities around it. You can read more about our crew on our About page.
The services described on this site are general information, not an offer to do a particular job at a particular price. What we'll actually do at your house is set out in your written estimate once we've seen the space.
Estimates and pricing
We give free in-person estimates, and asking for one doesn't obligate you to hire us. We come out first because the price depends on things we can only see on site, like how big the attic or crawl space is, how easy it is to get into, what's already up there, and whether old material has to come out first.
Your written estimate lists the work we'll do and the price for it, and it's good for the period stated on it. Sometimes we only find a problem once the job is open, such as wet or contaminated insulation, pest damage or gaps we couldn't reach before. When that happens we stop, tell you what we found and what it would cost to deal with it, and do no extra work until you approve it.
Scheduling, access and cancellation
You can reach us at (707) 576-6028 or through our contact page, and we reply within 1 business day. We'll agree on a start date with you, but weather, material delays or conditions found on site can move it, and if that happens we'll let you know as soon as we can and set a new date.
You agree to give our crew safe access to the work area on the scheduled day, which usually means a clear path to the attic hatch or crawl space entry, working power and pets kept away from the work. For spray foam jobs, we'll tell you when it's safe for you, your kids and your pets to go back into the area, and you agree to stay out until then.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please tell us as soon as possible. Any cancellation charge, including the cost of materials already ordered for your job, is stated in your written estimate or contract.
Payment
Payment is due on the schedule set out in your written estimate or contract, including any deposit it calls for. The accepted payment methods are also listed there.
If a payment is late, we may pause remaining work until the account is brought current, and we'll talk with you before taking any further step. You're responsible for any charges your bank adds to a returned or declined payment.
Our work and warranties
We stand behind our work, and if you're not satisfied, tell us and we'll come back to look at it and make it right. Any written warranty on our workmanship is the one stated in your contract, and warranties on insulation products come from their makers, which we'll pass along to you.
Insulation and air sealing usually make a house more comfortable and can lower the power bill, but we don't promise a specific saving, because that depends on how you use the house, your heating and cooling equipment and the weather. Problems that were there before we arrived, such as roof leaks, plumbing leaks, mold, pests or old wiring, aren't covered unless fixing them is part of the work in your contract.
Apart from the warranties stated in writing, our work and this website are provided without other warranties, to the extent California law allows.
Limits on our liability
T&S Rohnert Park Spray Foam Insulation is licensed and insured. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or follow-on losses, such as lost income or higher utility costs, and our total responsibility for any job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.
Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that California law doesn't allow a business to limit.
Information on this website
What we write on this site is general information about insulation, not advice for your particular house. We try to keep it accurate and current, but conditions vary from house to house, so the advice that counts for your job is what we tell you after we've seen it.
Links to other websites are there for your convenience, and we aren't responsible for what those sites say or do.
If we disagree
If something about our work or a bill doesn't sit right, call us first at (707) 576-6028, because most problems get settled faster with a conversation and a visit than any other way. We'll look at the issue with you and try in good faith to resolve it.
If we can't work it out between us, either of us may take the matter to small claims court or to the courts of Sonoma County, California.
Governing law
These terms and any work we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version will always be posted on this page. The version in effect when you signed your estimate or contract is the one that applies to that job.
Questions about these terms
If you have a question about anything on this page, call us at (707) 576-6028 or send us a note through our contact page, and we'll walk you through it.
